Sometimes it's possible to have too much integrity. Hey, now... after all, this classic epic once starred Pat Boone... And so far, that's been the ONLY version that's remoretly stuck to the Jules Verne-- We've had the Golan/Globus version with Emo Phillips and Kathy Ireland, we've had any number of Hallmark made-for-cable versions, and you don't want to *know* about the network made-for-TV version that was supposed to be a TV series pilot. (And yeah, I know it's Verne, but what's WRONG with the book that makes so many incredibly awful talents think they can jazz-riff their own improvements?)
