When I hit puberty my mother REFUSED to let me shave stating I was too young to get into all that. Eventually, I got her to at LEAST let me shave my pits, but there was no budging on my legs, so I did what every teenager ends up doing: going behind her back. But there's a reason for all that. You see for parents, once a girl starts plucking and tweezing, then she wants more "real" make-up and more "mature" dresses and then there come the boys and then SEX!
