I have this film in my video collection, and it is one of those things in life that i never get bored of, absolutely never. There is always something humorous, something subtle that catches the child inside of me that i genuinly have never felt in any other film, it is without doubt the best children adventure film of all time thus far. (Although, i must point out that it's not solely for kids). The cast is perfect, and my love for this film will never die......for the sheer entertainment it has given me throughout the years i can but only give it a 10/10.

I think it's a bit much to call this one of my favorite films of all time, but nonetheless I love it. It's one of the few movies from my childhood that I still love today as much as I did back in the day. My favorite character is by far Chunk. It kills me everytime he says "shit" when he spills his shake all over him in the opening credits. The truffle shuffle also gets me laughinh my ass off every time. I'm dying to get my hands on the DVD. 9/10

I was going to write a review of this shortly, but you beat me to it. No, Spielberg did not, Richard Donner did.

I don't know why, but I love this movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's probably the most enjoyable movies I've ever seen in my whole life. It's my favourite movie of all time. Anyway, here's the plot:A pre-teen and his friends find a treasure map while searching through his father's attic. Since his house is going to be torn down for a golf course if they don't pay up, him and his friends will find the treasure so he can stay. While finding the treasure, his older brother, his older brother's girlfriend(I think) and her friend get caught up in the treasure hunt. Unfourtanitely, 3 other people are trying to find the treasure also. This is a great film. I'm going to get this on DVD as soon as posible. I love the jokes in the movie. The acting and comedy is dead-on. I would always want to go down a water slide like the slide tunnel they went down. I love chunk and that fat kid. My favourite character is the kid who has all those inventions. I laughed my head off at him! This is probably the only...
