Fuck that. Make a goddamn sequel that you want to see. | | Static Link |

It wouldn't have mattered who made Charlie's Angels, I probably wouldn't have liked it. And We Are Marshall was a solid picture that shows he has range, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. We're talking Terminator. It's going to be dark, it's going to have Bale, and we get new Terminator models. Hard to fuck that up in my opinion. It can't be worse than the 3rd one and even that one was enjoyable. The PG-13 rating has be a small bit concerned, but if well crafted I doubt I'll care in the end. The only real graphic violence in the 3rd Terminator was the bitch Terminator punching through the cops back and driving his car. | | Static Link |

He knows they are going to be bad before he even makes them, he's gotten rich from making shitty films and he's well aware of the fact. McG does have some talent behind the name, and he has a great desire to please the fans as well as make a good movie. Let's hope he follows through. | | Static Link |

The Terminator should have a raw realism to it (that's what made the action so great and intense). Matrix-like stylized action has no place in a Terminator film. What we don't need here is a director who is gonna go all Michael Bay on our asses. I'm not having a dig at Bay, but he's style of direction really wouldn't suit this type of movie. | | Static Link |

She a wonder of an actress and more importantly a woman, the kind that would make Linda Hamilton proud. No offense, Bryce Dallas Howard is and always will be a girl. I could hardly imagine her lifting a pistol let alone leading a revolution next to Conner. It just goes to show the kind of fantasy 'Charlies Angels' action film McG is probably going for. | | Static Link |

Gainsbourg was originally set to play Kate Connor, the wife of human resistance hero John Connor (Christian Bale). The actress had to bow out because of scheduling conflicts with another film, a French comedy. Production on "Terminator," directed by McG, is already underway in New Mexico. If an actors strike were to happen, shooting would stop and then restart at a later date. LOS ANGELES - He'll be back - Hollywood strike or no strike! Cameras began rolling this week on the latest Terminator movie - estimated to cost about $150 million - for what many Hollywood watchers say is a late start given concerns that labor tensions could lead to an actors strike by July. Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, began shooting on Monday in New Mexico, bucking a trend in which studios have mostly avoided launching new productions they cannot be sure of completing before the Screen Actors Guild contract expires on June 30, a date being treated as a facto strike deadline. SAG and Hollywood's major studios hit a stalemate on Tuesday after three weeks of talks, stoking fears of renewed Hollywood labor unrest after a 100-day screenwriters strike that ended in February. I'm glad it'll have Christian Bale who is great in almost everything he does and Common who I loved in Smokin Aces and I think might has some great acting Talent. Here's some more info just released on the Joblo main page about the character Common's laying. Streethop.com claims that Common is playing a character we (and John Connor) have already met in T2, namely the grown-up version of Daniel Dyson. You'll recall that his dad Miles (played by Joe Morton) accidentally contributed to the creation of SkyNet, and then helped stop it, except not really. So, y'know, whoops.
