I LOVE this film! I've seen it like 15 times, and It still cracks me up. The funniest scenes IMO are the ones where he's on the phone and getting changed into Mrs Doubtfire. The dinosaurus rap is also funny. 8/10

Am I in the minority finding this one overrated ? Great cast but I didn't find it that funny.

Great flick. One of Williams's pure comedy best, and one you're sure the children will always love. An easy 8/10 if you ask me.

A movie that I loved as a kid and still like it very much now. It's typical family comedy with lots of laughs, good performances and something to always remember. If I'm going to have children, then I will definitely show this film to them. Robin Williams annoys me now, but in this film he was wonderful and proved his comedic talents to us, whatever happened to him now? I just don't find him funny anymore. Sally Field is one of my favorite actresses working today, she did well with what she had to do in this film and delivered a solid performance, even if she is far better in Drama films. The script works great and is perfect for this type of movie that can bring lots of joys and laughs to the whole family, it never goes over the top and the humor never becomes annoying, it's just great family entertainment; however, I didn't find the children very believable in the movie, I'm not too big on child actors and the ones in this film just didn't perform so well IMO, and I do loathe Pierce Brosnan, who I think is...

Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) Synopsis: "Out of work father Daniel Hillard find himself suddenly divorced without custody of his kids. To solve this problem, he disguises himself as an old Scottish nanny to get hired by his ex-wife and be closer to his kids." Chris Columbus' Mrs. Doubtfire is a delightful family comedy about a man who goes to desperate lengths to spend time with his children. On the surface, it's a sweet family film with a good message and many jolly good laughs. And that's what it is on the inside, too. No suprises here, but it more than delivers on it's promise of gut-busting laughs, honey-dipped messages, and fine performances. Is it perfect? I'd say yes. For a family comedy, it's damn perfect. Robin Williams is in top-form as Daniel Hillard/Mrs. Doubtfire, and seems to be having tons of fun. His mastery of phyiscal comedy and one-liners still astounds me. Sally Field is also very good as Miranda Hillard, Daniel's angry, yet caring ex-wife. She's done better work, but for what it is, I ...

This is an incredibly funny gem. I love it to pieces and I saw it again recently. Every single fucking scene has a good (if not down right hilarious) laugh in it. "How many children do you have?" "I have two girls and a boy" "Ah a boy...you see I don't work much with the males because I used to beeeee one." That shit cracks me up!
