The Trailer shots were really weird; which would definitely alienate a lot of potential viewers. 2. Furthermore, I don't think Speed Racer is an american movie, anyhow. Just ask around and see what their impression of Speed Racer was. There thoughts were probably not that high on it to begin with. 3. To top it off, any movie with a scene like this pic below is not a real audience grabber, either. But Congratulations again to anyone who picked Iron Man, it reigned King again with approx. $50 million.
