| This is, as nearly everyone here has stated, one of the greatest films to be released. However, not all people appreciate it. They think that it should move along and be exactly like "Boogie Nights". Well, this movie is so much different then BN for many reasons. One, its deeper then anything I've ever seen. It's meant to show personalities growing and losing. It's a brilliant piece of work that really shows how Anderson is, IMO, flawless in his character writings. Problems with the movie: Although I give this movie a 10/10, there is one scene that I don't like. And that's where they all sing "Wise Up". For some reason hearing all them sing along with Aimee Mann was kind of stupid. What did everyone else think of that scene? |
