I remember being dragged into this movie by a friend, I also remember walking out of this theater about 3 and half hours later (including trailers) with a disgruntled look on my face. I had yet again been duped into seeing an overly long movie which I never really 'got the jist of it' I think this is actually a perfect type of movie to discuss on this board - Maybe that is the reason I had such a sour face exiting the theater, I just didn't really get the point of the movie. I did like the beginning when showing all the coincidences (the shotgun incident being my fave) but then the movie just takes off for 3 hours and I'm not really sure what the hell was going on - raining frogs? Cool but - whered that come from? So many topics can be brought up, so many questions asked - was this the intention of P.T. Anderson? to let us leave the theater with our hands up in the air wondering what the hell just went on? And what was with the ending??? So many questions/inqueries about this movie, and i think this is the best place for it to be discussed. 5/10 (ive only seen it once, and if I understood more of it and discussed it more, the rating could obsviously be boosted)
