Topic: The Time Machine (8/10) Forum: JoBlo

I don't know.....I'm a Sci-fi fan, and I like the movie.....but there's a bad taste remaining at the end of the movie. The plot is ok, and it got very cool Special Effects. The time transitions were some amazing visual experiences and Guy Pearce performance was as solid as usual. Otherwise, the supporting cast were not as good as Guy Pearce.
I agree that Jeremy Irons was not good and I wans't convinced by Samanta Mumba's role. The directing seems just OK (not to good, not too bad) and the script wasn't a jewelry neither. My final grade for the film: 6/10
