Blade II 7/10... Blade II is a good time for fans of the action/horror genre and that is about. it seems that everyone is raving about how better this was than the original...but still i think the original was more fresh, original and had fewer plot holes than this one. The action in this is great and the dark, seedy cinematography of this vampire world was excellent...but where the film starts to lose its steam and hold my interest was at the end...as alliances and surprises and motivations are revealed to us it is hard to tell what's what. But like I said the action and the gruesome reapers were great but in the end it is still just an action-packed gore fest with a few plot contrivances.
