"Mr Deeds" was a good movie and Adam Sandler played a role that fit him pretty well, I think. The one thing that I think could have been improved is the ending because it came out too convenient too quickly. It was wrapped up without a real explanation. Also, Ms. Ryder was not suited to this role. She may have portrayed the typical desperate tabloid journalist well, but who couldn't? I just wasn't feeling her. John Turturro was awesome!!! He had the best part in the whole movie and he was hilarious! I would go watch it again just to see him wacking Sandler's foot with the fireplace poker! He did a great job! Overall, the movie was okay, but Sandler has done better! I give it a 6/10.
