Jet Li doesn't say much in his films, getting a very good character developement is obviously not what I would go see this movie for, and it wasn't what I wasl ooking for, but there is a lack of it to criticize it generally. I am loking for action, and action is what I found. This film is not meant to be your well written and acted awesome quality movie like Fight Club . It should be looked upon on a basis of action movies. As an action flick I think this movie fullfills the thirst for explosions and crap beating of people. I don't think it's too fair giving this movie a very low score because it was lacking of character development, plot developement, etc.. Sure it's shallow in some aspects, but that should be expected. This movie deserves 8/10 for all the hard work in making this a kickass action film! -G_Fung_Powas |
