The reason for that is because you either get the humor and love it to death, or you don't really get it and think it's a stupid movie. For those who enjoy Ben Stiller for his humorous "spaz" scenes (like in "Meet the Parents", during the airplane scene), you will not like this film that much. But if you are a fan of Ben Stiller's ability to create a character so off the wall, and stay consistent with it throughout the film, you will love it! I love Ben Stiller, and Owen Wilson, and Will Ferell. Put them together in a film, and it is a sure win! I love this film because I feel that Stiller is at his best. Both he and Wilson capture the perfect imitation of male models. I guarentee if you watch this film you are in for a few sure laughs, and if you love Ben Stiller you are in for a heart attack! I give this film 9/10 for it's consistent and incredibly wacky humor. |
