| Posted by: Eleanor Rigby at January 9, 2003, 12:41 am | | Topic: Reviews: The Ring Forum: JoBlo | | The RIng, hmm intresting movie and i could see it to some peoples eyes a thriller! but to me... it was a comedy. i laughed most the time unless there were killings... the main way they tried to make it scary was the transitions... so the one episode is ending they open it up with a *BANG* a guy uses an axe to hit a chain... or *BEEEEEOOW* a loud train zoomz by on the opening transition, frighting most people with a "oh my". the only "Real" scary part for me, was the tree on a hill... now thats just not funny to even talk about, and i am not joking or being sarcastic, it was just plain pycho. i give it a 7/10 tho it did have its moments.
