There's noone else that can reach such a lever of greatness. That's why I was expecting a lot from T3. And I got what I expected and more. T3 is a kickass action movie that starts showing the new John Connor. A man with no past and no present, no names, no credit cards, no adress, no house, no mother, no nothing. No one know where he is. Nobody even knows that he exists. When an unexpected accident leads Johnn to a vet clinic for some medicine, he encounters 2 people from his past and 1 that he has never met. The first is Katherine Brewster, an ex class mate of his. She's a doctor now, and a very very important person. You'll see why. The other one is our adorable Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger. And the last is the new and deadly T-X, the lated "edition" of Skynet. A kickass and powerfull android that can do millions of things an exterminate you in a sec. The 3 of them now must destroy the T-X. But their purpose is to SURVIVE. The Earth needs them for the future. T3: Rise of the Machines is a non stop action movie. The action here is incredible. The best one is definitely the one with the large truck crashing Arnold through everyting on its way, it was amazing! The visual effects are as usual superv and the acting was great too. I really liked Nick Stahl as John Connor, he made me care for him and was belivable. Clare Danes is a hottie and I also wanted her to survive. Kristana Loken did what she had to do and did it well. Her facial expressions were correct as well as the tone of her voice and her moves. And Arnold, what can you say? The man was born for this role! The direction was great, Jonathan Mostow knows his work. In fact Im happy he was chocen. James Cameron was the man, but Jon did a pretty good work. What else can I say? Only that I really really loved this movie and that the sad ending made me love it much more. This is the second best of the trilogy, but hopefully there will be a T4 and it should be better than this. It's gonna be tough though. Grade: ****1/2 out of ***** or 9/10 or A- |
