The acting was great. I'll admit, I haven't seen Cusack in many non-comedy movies, so I didn't know how good he'd do, but he was really believeable in this movie. Liotta was also good, as expected. Peet did way better than I expected her to do. It was nice to see McGinley not playing a dick for once. The story was also suspenseful. It was full of great twists. At one point, I thought I'd figured out who did it, and the movie started to go in that direction, but then the ending changed everything. I can see how some people wouldn't like this movie though, as it definitely belongs in the "mindfuck" category. 3.5/4 |
