I must say I was pleasantly surprised by Cabin Fever. The acting was good especially Rider Strong, a few of the characters were actually likeable and there were some tense and cringeworthy scenes. On the downside, none of the humor worked (was there any?), the ending was lackluster and the whole movie played like a game of "guess the homage" with references to Romero's Dead movies, The Crazies and one shot lifted right out of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Still, I had a good time with it. Score - 7/10
