Topic: Corpse Bride DVD Review: Dead and Married Forum: JoBlo

I hated The Nightmare Before Christmas but despite that I was still looking forward to Corpse Bride namely because I loved the trailer. But boy was this movie disappointing. The good news is that it's not as bad as The Nightmare Before Christmas but the bad news is it was still a huge letdown. The animation was cool and there were a few clever moments here and there. But the songs were forgettable and the movie was at best just mildly amusing. There wasn't much of a story, it was WAY too short. And when the movie was over, it only felt like a half a movie to me. It just wasn't satisfying. And the movie itself was fairly forgettable and utterly disposable. So, basically it's a meh. 5/10
