Topic: Free Bonuses with DVD releases Forum: JoBlo

Hey fellow schmoes, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread that would inform everyone of all of the bonus giveaways (i.e. bonus discs) that retailers sometime include with DVD releases. I'm sure some of you are like me . . . all about the free stuff! There have been times where I was undecided as to whether or not I was going to buy a DVD, and then found out it had a bonus disc or something included, and that more often than not, it was the deciding factor. But it can be tough to keep track of which retailer is including what bonuses, if any, for all new releases. And most often the free stuff is limited so once its gone, its gone. So I thought everyone could post what they find out each week so we'll all know what's out there and not miss anything. Let me know what you guys think. Here's a few currently released: Sahara - Bonus disc with purchase at Best Buy. Visor with purchase at FYE. Monster-In-Law - CD with purchase at Wal-Mart (my wife was excited about this one). Sin City - Movie poster with purchase at FYE. Comic book with purchase at Best Buy. Tommy Boy: Holy Schnike Edition - Tommy Boy bobblehead with purchase at Best Buy. First episode of HBO series 'Rome' is free with purchase of certain HBO television series at Best Buy. Here are a couple coming soon: Crash - Bonus Disc with purchase at Best Buy. The Longest Yard - Bonus Disc with purchase at Best Buy.
