Barack can't follow through with his plans because most of them require millions of dollars in funds that no body would willingly put through. Poeple voting for him don't realize everyone of his programs needs to be set up, staffed, funded and carried through and that costs a shit load. Oh, and remember one thing: commander in chief. Thats part of the president's job... and McCain > Obama on that front.
