I do feel bad when i think about all the cool people he met along the way and yet CONTINUED to push what would have been a very good life with any of them, far away. Its like he kept getting signs saying "STOP! BE HAPPY!" and he kept going right past them until he went over the cliff. Yeah, if it wasn't because half the movie is a flashback, I would've really thought he was going to stay with the hippies and the hot underage girl who wanted to have him for dinner. That would've been a nice place to stick to. Or at least with the old man near the end. Or the foreign nudists. *Spoilers* Dammit, a little ironic that the poor old man wanted to adopt him to carry on his name and the poor kid wind up dead before the old man. |
