That's your closure. It was pretty obvious to me after that statement that they would not survive, and that it is much more a story of how they got to that point. One of the cool things about this film was that it strayed from the typical movie. People complain about films all being the same, yet when the happy ending doesn't show up, people frown and boo. If you want formula, go watch some razzie winners or something. There is no point to film if you can't expirience new entertainment or meaning every once in a while. BTW Ender, great post. |
