So unless First Sunday turns out to be surprisingly very good, I really doubt it'll be better than those. In your opinion it will not be better than those. But don't forget that The Bucket List and National Treasure 2 also have rotten ratings at rottentomatoes (in addition to First Sunday, Alvin and the Chipmunks, P.S. I Love You and One Missed Call). Every time a movie aimed primarily at black viewers comes out, and especially when it opens well, many people here bitch & moan about it and act like the film business is being completely ruined by them. And most if not all of the time these people haven't even seen the movie. My point is that many viewers out there probably believe that First Sunday is better than all of those other movies. I personally think The Bucket List and National Treasure 2 look like pure shit. Different strokes for different folks.
