POTC 2's WOM is quite good. Maybe not *quite* as good as the WOM for the first, but still very healthy. Plus it's the last blockbuster of the summer, and aside from Happy Feet (which, out of my George Miller fanboyism, I expect to cross $225+ million, and I'm not getting massive vibes from Eragon) it's the last blockbuster of the year really. I think the lack of a real event movie for the rest of the summer could give it good enough legs to top out somewhere in the lower $400 million bracket.
