Topic: What film/s did everyone watch today?? Redux Forum: JoBlo

I was able to attend a John Carpenter triple screening which showed THE THING, Prince of Darkness, and Escape from New York. I had already seen THE THING and loved it even more on the big screen. It was great seeing an audience go nuts at certain parts. Prince of Darkness was a minor disappointment with some uncharacteristically bad acting for a Carpenter film. Still it was entertaining enough. Escape from New York kicked my ass though! Man what a great film that was to see in the theatre. Another Carpenter classic. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.
