| I would like an 18+ theater, but there aren't going to be that many attendees so I don't think it is a viable option for any theater. This theater wouldn't bring back customers, the only thing that's going to bring more people to the theater is giving them something that they believe they couldn't get from sitting at home, as home theater systems become better and better, more people are just going to wait for the DVD/Blu-Ray of a movie to watch it instead of spending the extra 10-20 dollars on it to see it in theaters. What I would like to see would be more of a show like they did in the 30's, 40's, and 50's. A serial/cartoon, Feature Presentation, then a short. Make going to the movies more of an event instead of just going to see a movie. Anyways, in short, this isn't going to happen, 13-17 year olds are the bread and butter of theater business. |
