Forum: JoBlo | | I'm always a little amazed at how folks don't SEE/READ the names of the people writing our reviews, but I guess if you're new or if you don't visit the site often enough, it's confusing? I don't know. Simply put, there are my own reviews on the site called JOBLO REVIEWS (listed HERE) and JOBLO.COM STAFF REVIEWS (listed HERE). The STAFF consists of various people as well, so it's not always JimmyO or Tim Goernert all the time. The best way to determine WHO is writing the reviews is to look at the top right hand side of the review, where it says BY: so-and-so. Or scroll all the way to the bottom of the review, for that same person's name, example: IN BRUGES review HERE (author is, you guessed it...JimmyO). Also, under each of my recent reviews, I've added a little note UNDER the posting on the site (example: 30 DAYS OF NIGHT review HERE), which also helps explain it a little more: "JOBLO NOTE: Since my health has been pretty shitty over the past few years, I haven't been able to review the same amount of films as before, but I'll be slapping some of my more recent reviews up every now and again." For the record though, I gave 300 a 7/10 and I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK AND LARRY a 4/10, as mentioned by bigred760. Thanks man... |
