Xavier Gens directed Hitman. He did stuff that know one even heard of...such as: Frontières Sable noir TV
Fotografik TV
Au petit matin BTK - Born to Kast Which did not bold well. Now, John Moore (Director of Max Payne)... Has at least done one semi descent film (Behind Enemy Lines) from his resume: Virulents Max Payne The Omen Flight of the Phoenix Behind Enemy Lines He Shoots, He Scores Jack's Bicycle So just by looking at this... Max Payne shouldn't be nowhere near the crappiness of Hitman. Plus the writer (Shawn Ryan) on Max Payne has done more work than the writer on Hitman (Skip Woods). Granted Shawn Ryan did work on television shows such as Angel, The Unit, and The Shield... but still he has a more fuller and impressive track record than Skip Woods. Don't get me wrong... this Max Payne movie can still suck big time... I'm just saying it is not going to suck as bad as Hitman as far as suckiness ratings are concerned. Side Note: Plus, I knew that Hitman was going to suck big time... when I seen the trailer. Now, I know... My detect good movies skill isn't always accurate... but I am willing to bet this Max Payne movie is going to be a better film than Hitman at least.
