Yeah, Jane's performance is what makes the ending of the movie so powerful and haunting. He was really excellent in the movie. Probably his best performance ever and a really underrated piece of acting. The ending was so sad and chilling yet I have to admit that I kinda laughed only because of the irony and because I pretty much saw it coming. As soon as the others all shoot themselves and he gets out of the car I thought, I bet help/rescue is going to come out of the fog/mist. And indeed that did happen. So it was kind of predictable but still very powerful. |
