Topic: The Dark Knight Forum: JoBlo

I was never huge on any of the Batman movies, but seriously this movie is not worth the hype nor would I have paid to see it. I just never had seen Heath Ledger as having much talent but that is besides the point. Even with my personal feelings aside he still was not the best joker. I just wasn't convinced by his performance. Overall the movie didn't excite me. I tried to give it a chance but for me there was nothing to satisfy me and to call it the best movie ever much like people are is a little silly. So i am sure even if I am in the minority that it does not deserve that title. With all the oscars given out not many dead actors were nominated. So people need to wake up. I also think that this movie wouldn't be nearly as popular if Heath Ledger didn't overdose. I know that just sounds silly but I think that had to factor into it somewhere. I was just overall disapointed
