Forum: JoBlo | | To start off, I think this guy is one of the most under rated directors out there today. Also, he has proven he is serous about filmmaking and that he doesn't fuck around... House Of 1000 Corpses- 5/10 I can see how people wouldn't take him seriously due to this film. Zombie's style wasn't present in this one and it just didn't work. This was pretty bad lol The Devil's Rejects- 8/10 WOW one of the most intense and fucked up movies I've ever seen! Great movie....I believe Zombie actually created a new genre of horror. BRUTAL HORROR(or something like that) This film was very brutal and very sadistic. Loved this movie and should be considered a cult classic. Halloween-8/10 People just don't get that Rob Zombie had the balls to take this shit on and make it HIS OWN. People think that it was a disgrace to the original. Well IMO you guys were looking for something else instead of another guy's vision of it. I really enjoyed the awesome intensity and gore of the film. Plus Zombie put his own twist into it(brutal horror). Looking forward to whatever else Zombie has up his sleeve....I just think he is very unappreciated and the guy has balls and does whatever the fuck he wants....and I respect that in a filmmaker. What do you guys think of his films and/or him?....... |
