Such as Germans will latch on to obscure American pop figures (The Hasselhoff...) but in Sprockets world, they love the guy who played Eddie Muster. Then they also mixed in the fact that a lot of what Dieter did was very juvenile and quite silly, but because of his persona everything was treated deep and dark --- Like when they do German's Funniest Home Videos, except it's totally morbid, but in the end the video with the guy getting hit in the crotch wins. Of course, I can say this much quicker, as there is only one band that may be able to fully explain the mysteries of Sprockets.
