Topic: Should Sigourney Do "Alien 5" Forum: JoBlo

The thread title says it all. This subject was touched on in the "AVP3" thread. But maybe you all would like to go into a bit more detail here. Should Sigourney Weaver, aka Ellen Ripley reprise her role one last time for "Alien 5"? YAY or NAY and WHY? I say most definately YES!~ She is back on Earth now along with what's left of the Betty's crew. So where do we go from here? There is still alot that can be told in this franchise. And as I said in the other thread. Ridley Scott at one point in time said he'd like to finish the series. But that's history now. To me, this franchise is always up in the air. Meaning that it can easily continue somehow. There is still the orginal Alien homeworld where they originated. And there is most probabaly an egg or two on the Betty. So now if they take that route. The entire earth can finally be the stage for Alien 5. They could make this installment the biggest of the series, yet. What say you? let's here the arguments.
