Heat, Thief, Zodiac, Untouchables... I can't think of any off hand that focus solely on the criminals, but that's not because it's a rule or anything. These aren't interpretations I'm making of what the terms mean. There are very fundamental qualities that determine genres, and I don't think it is ever determined solely by the profession of the main character. You should go edit the Goodfellas Wikipedia page then because it's listed as a crime drama. |
