Topic: Rate & Rank The "Alien" Movies Forum: JoBlo

I Just want to see who likes this brilliant movie franchise, and which ones you like the most. Just a note here. Even though "Alien 4" is undoubtedly recognised as the least popular in the series for alot of fans. It is still entertaining, and has some interesting ideas. One thing I personally disliked was the newborn concept. It just didn't work for me. 1. Alien 3 [assembly cut] - 10/10 2. Alien [extreme cut] - 10/10 -tie- Aliens [director's cut] - 10/10 3. Alien 4 [theatrical cut] - 8/10 In my honest opinion, The "AVP" movies should never have been made. Otherwise, we may have seen a Ridley Scott/James Cameron take on "Alien 5" and quite possibly, "Alien 6." And when I hear depressing news that "AVP 3" was greenlit many months ago [i posted the news myself]. It just further fuels my anger at both of these very poorly made films. There's still alot of possibilities to explore in the Xenomorph universe. [Edit - Forgot to put this in the correct forum]
