Topic: Tim Burton Has To Know He Fucked Up Forum: JoBlo

There's nothing wrong with the Burton Batman films. Are they great Batman films? Hell no but still great none the less. The worst thing, especially in the first film, about this is the action. It clearly shows Burton is not an action director. The performances are top notch and Keaton is awesome as Batman. But saying any of those Batman films are the best is a flat out lie. Batman Begins and most likely The Dark Knight are the best Batman films. You can say Burton's Batman films are your favorites, that's your opinion but saying they're the best Batman films is stupid. Pick up a comic book and you'll see I'm right. Burton fucked up when he started doing remakes/adaptations.
