That shows what a GREAT director he is it shows that all the dumbasses complaining about the poor acting in the movie, simply missed the type of movie they were seeing... the acting is pure B movie acting, which is exactly what i said earlier... it proves that Night is still on top of his game... who gives a fuck if he has an EGO... everyone has an ego, because we all think our opinions actually matter... thats an ego! and actually this all shows that Night puts a little too much faith in the intelligence of Americans... because he didnt feel he had to spell EVERY LITTLE DETAIL OUT for people to get this film... but sadly... and judging by this thread and a couple of reviews i read (Namely Capone at Aint It Cool News)... he has to... which is a shame for people like myself and a few others who actually got The Happening... now you can hate the movie for MANY reasons, you can hate the man for many reasons.. but the reasons that i have seen for hating the flick are simply not relevent, because the people claiming them simply didnt understand the point of certain things! |
