Night is that he is faithful with his ideas, that...You never really know how successful something will be until you just jump in the water with it. I'm sure he worried about such films as The Village and Lady in the Water, but if he held off on making them because he was afraid of the reception they would get, he'd never really know how it'd turn out. I personally loved every movie he's put out. I'm yet to see The Happening but I will this week and i'm sure i'll love it too. The Village wasn't a disappointment, but its just something thats hard to watch, because no experience matches the first time you see it. So I respect him in the sense that he isn't afraid to try new things. I look forward to seeing the Airbender movies. I think it will give him the time he needs to form a new original idea after that trilogy is over. So. We won't be seeing another original from M. Night for a while. |
