I'm just playing fantasy theatre owner though. Wait, you're confused. And I confused you. The theater is a one screen theater. The 5 plex already exists in town. A guy here in town built it as a 3 screen theater about 12 years ago then 2 years ago added 2 more screens. So it would be me buying/renovating a one screen theater to compete with his existing 5 screen theater (which he may expand again sometime soon). Sorry for confusing you. As for the whole money thing, it would all be through a loan. Im 24 and am at a point in my life to where I really need to decide what the hell I want to do. I've always enjoyed re-doing things and re-decorating, basically, and would love to get my hands on this theater and re-do it all. It would require a hell of a loan, and probably not ever pay off. But thats why I'm asking for others opinions as to if it would be worth it.
