Superman: The Movie was the gateway drug of movies for me. As a kid I must have watched the whole series dozens of times. That and Jaws. I loved Jaws and enjoyed running around with my pop gun yelling "smile you son of a bitch" at whoever crossed my path. Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark were both huge revelations for me as well. I was already in love with cinema at this point, but if Jaws and Superman defined my love as a child, Indy and Star Wars defined my love for movies as a teen.
