But you're right, not all of his movies are great. A lot of them are though. I even think Billy Madison is hilarious. I just think it's ridiculous that so many of his movies are pratically regarded as comedy classics by the average joe... and NONE of them have ever gotten even mediocre reviews. You look at his filmography at RT, and they're ALL right at 33%. Which makes you think the same people hate him every time, regardless of the movie he's in, and regardless of whether it's any good or not. This ridiculous article from this Eric Kohn guy is just pouring salt on the wound.
