Topic: star wars:clone wars. Forum: JoBlo

This could actually be really, really cool. Tartakovsky's Star Wars: Clone Wars micro-series from back in 2003 was awesome in so many ways, and if this movie/subsequent TV show are any similar, they will be good. Unfortunately Tartakovsky isn't involved in this movie but it looks to be in a very similar style to his traditionally animated cartoon (except that this time it's CGI). It also looks like many of the storylines and characters (Asajj, etc) are present, so the more the movie has in common with the original cartoons, the more potential it has to be really great. I'm hoping Lucas won't fuck this one up!
