Pretty much the entirety of Dumplings had me queasy, but the worst part was when the lady was in the bathtub at the end. It was sort of like that suicide part in Rules of Attraction but 10 times worse. I found the house invasion scene in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer to be as disturbing as anything that I can recall just because of how realistic and sadistic the whole thing was.
