He has an extremely good point, don't be so dismissive of it. It's not about making a comic book on film necessarily, it's about making a good movie. It is 100% possible to argue that an Iron Man movie focussed more on the believable is a better movie. And he shouldn't bother to read comic books if he doesn't like comic books. It's not like they're high art or amazing philosophy or anything. They're enjoyable, often intelligent entertainment, but they're not something every cultured person should be expected to read. |
