The scene is in the preview, and obviously without nudity. Filming the scene without actual nudity would have been pretty easy. The scene is therefore funny because you're not really expecting to see the nudity, and then there it is. Most of the laughs I heard when I saw that scene weren't "oh my god what a funny joke", they were more awkward/grossed out/uncomfortable laughs because you don't expect a movie to start throwing penises at you 2 minutes in. This isn't exactly rocket fucking science here, it's not some complicated joke, but it is very obviously there. Also most people think being naked is being somewhat vulnerable. That's why when the joke is repeated near the end of the movie, it's not really funny and it's more of a happy moment, because it's not an awkward breaking up scene where you're naked and vulnerable, it's a happy reunion scene.
