| I don't watch a lot of movies at the theater that come out - only if it's something I want to see. The last movie I saw in the theater was a Jumper, merely cause a friend wanted to see it. It reminded me just why I've stopped going to the theater to watch movies. I'd recommend The Ruins, that's what I'm seeing this week. Know nothing about it, or the book but hear good things plus I'm still affected by seeing Boyle's The Beach, so I'm really in the mood for another "tropics" setting. It helps that Darius Khondji is the DP. So, The Ruins, my friend. |
