I know that David Fincher is not exactly loved by Hollywood... But Zodiac was easily one of the best pics of 2007. Maybe you don't agree, but I'm an old-school mid-30s bastard who remembers when movies used to have a whole lotta talking all through them. Zodiac has that in spades, and tells a masterful story based on real events. To me, it's clearly the best picture of 2007. Unfortunately, it was released before prime Oscar campaigning time, so it's f*cked for nominations. |
