Some of what I'd consider the "best" movies movies don't stand up well to re-watching. Croupier, for example, is boring now that I've seen it once. So, to be included as a favourite of mine, a movie has to be highly re-watchable. Here is my embarassingly mainstream list: Die Hard With a Vengance Braveheart The Usual Suspects 12 Monkeys LA Confidential The Matrix (forgive me) American Beauty Fight Club Minority Report Dawn of the Dead All the Pixar movies Princess Mononoke (Steamboy will almost definitely be a new favourite) Runner-ups (which suffer on re-watching): The Beach The Game Croupier Unbreakable (desperately needs a sequel) -- Tweek
