I really dug the film. Very entertaining. Very well made. Scorsese delivered an off-beat story with Nicholas Cage playing a guy whose gone over the edge. Usually I can't stand Nicholas Cage because he overacts like crazy, but this was one of the times it worked for the role such as the scene when he asks to be fired. Nice small performance by Cliff Curtis who is one hell of an actor and severely underrated in my opinion. I also loved how Scorsese used Janie Jones by the Clash to match with the film through the hyper editing. It's one of my favorite songs of all time.
