I think we have to remember that when it comes to the categories, the only one the entire Academy votes for is Best Picture. The acting categories are voted for by actors. So if you have a beef with the win or loss in a particular category (except Best Picture,) stop blaming/crediting "Hollywood" at large or the Academy itself.
